Unit 8, affectionately named “I Beach You To It” is one of 30 luxurious 2-bedroom private townhouse located on Saratoga Beach.

The main level features an open-concept kitchen, living room, bathroom, and expansive deck with views of the ocean and the shared courtyard.

The kitchen includes all the amenities to help you truly feel at home in your luxury beach-front accommodation.

The living room features a Canadian-made Custom Stylus couch with queen sofa bed and chaise, perfect for watching movies together on the huge 65-inch Hisense Smart TV with Sony Bluetooth sound bar and subwoofer. Log-in to your favourite streaming service or watch your favourite cable program.

If you’re more interested in having some quiet time, cozy up in the reading cove, taking in the natural light and incredible views.

If you need to do some remote work, no problem! The space includes high-speed wi-fi powered by Telus fibre internet. There is also a comfortable work desk and chair that transforms into a 12-person dining table for when you are entertaining some special guests.

The upper level features the two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has expansive windows that showcase the beautiful views of the ocean, coastal mountains, and the property’s courtyard. The spacious room boasts a cozy chair in the reading cove, where you can enjoy the natural light and incredible views while reading your favourite book. The ensuite bathroom includes heated floors and a stand-up shower with sitting bench.

The secondary bedroom has a private deck with sitting chairs, ottomans, and table to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon wine while enjoying a distant sunset and ocean views.
